3. Custom & Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, words, dates, initials, and other personalization information submitted with an order are spelled and entered correctly.

Hope and Hem Embroidery is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Because embroidered products are handmade or customized, slight variations in thread placement, color, positioning, or appearance may occur. These small variations are part of the nature of embroidered products and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout when required.

5. Processing & Shipping

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and whether an item requires customization.

Shipping estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Hope and Hem Embroidery is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Exchanges

Customers have 30 days from the date their order is delivered to request an eligible exchange.

Items do not have to be returned in their original packaging.

If an eligible product experiences a quality issue, including fabric coming apart or stitching coming undone, please contact us within the exchange period.

If an exchange is approved, Hope and Hem Embroidery will cover the applicable return and replacement shipping costs.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs or other information to verify the issue before processing an exchange.

For approved damaged or incorrect orders, Hope and Hem Embroidery will arrange the exchange and cover applicable return and replacement shipping costs.

8. Clearance Items

All clearance items are final sale and generally cannot be exchanged.

If a clearance item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us so we can review the issue.

9. Product Colors & Images

We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately.

However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, fabric, thread, and other factors.

Small differences between website images and the finished product may occur.

Customers requesting custom embroidery are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any logos, artwork, wording, images, or other materials they provide to us.
